Good Day Louis,
Just a note to tell you what a great job you are doing here with stop internet scammers. It is interesting but the scammers have a watch dog site,to keep abreast on our efforts here. They may be reporting any counter attacks on their misbehavior. It is in chinese and I found my web site was listed there after I was scammed by a chinese shoe manufacture and I told the world about it, and listed them with all the global trade groups, they didn't like that much, so I am sure they hate this united effort. Do we have someone to translate so we can know what they are doing? On another note,I currently have alot of things going on as I am sure you do too, but just wanted to let you know that I do have about 15 years experience as a grant writer..most of my experience has been grants for educational insitutions to Dept. of Labor, Dept of Education, several regional training programs, community block grants for at risk youth, but only one foundational grant. I know I don't have time to build the grant proposal for the group, but I may be able to offer supporting information and guidance if needed.
